Human neuroblastoma SH SY5Y stained with 1D4 monoclonal antibody to glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (green). Nuclear DNA is revealed with Hoechst dye (blue). The GAPDH antibody was used at a dilution of 1:10 from tissue culture supernatent. Cultures were processed using our standard fixation and staining procedure (described here).
