Human neuroblastama
SH-SY5Y cells stained with our monoclonal antibody to glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate
dehydrogenase (green) and chicken anti-NF-H (red). Nuclear DNA is revealed
with Hoechst dye (blue). The GAPDH antibody was used at a dilution of
1:10 from tissue culture supernatent. The NF-H antibody was used at a
dilution of 1:100,000. Cultures were processed using our standard fixation
and staining procedure (described here).
