Rat Neurons stained with Chicken antibody to microtubule-associated protein 2 (MAP2) (green) and Mouse monoclonal antibody to GFAP (red). The MAP2 antibody was used at a dilution of 1:30,000 and the GFAP at a dilution of 1:100 using our standard fixation and staining procedure (described here).
