Human HeLa Cells grown in tissue culture and stained with chicken
antibody to vimentin (red) and mouse monoclonal panspecific nuclear pore complex antibody MCA-39C7 (green). The vimentin filaments in the cytoplasm of the cells are clearly visible in red, while the nuclear pore complex is also visible in green. The MCA-39C7 antibody recognizes nuclear pore complexes in all eukaryotes tested to date. Specimen processed using our standard protocols
(described here).
