Human SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells stained with monoclonal antibody to glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (green) and chicken anti-NF-H CPCA-NF-H (red). The GAPDH antibody was used at a dilution of 1:10 from tissue culture supernatent. The NF-H antibody was used at a dilution of 1:100,000.
