The thumbnail images on this page may take some time to load. We have made a collection of very high resolution images which can be used for display purposes, teaching, murals, wall paper, wrapping paper or tabletops. The typical digital cameras used for fluorescence imaging are of relatively low resolution, typically in the range of 2 or so megapixels, which means they do not look sharp when printed even at relatively small sizes. Our images were generated by fusing multiple lower resolution confocal images to generate a final file in the range of 15-40 megapixels. This means that they still look sharp and clear when printed at very large sizes. We routinely print at 24″X36″ or about 60cmsX90cms and also 20″X29″ which can be ordered on-line.
