HN1 human stem cells obtained from Neuromics grown in culture and stained with rabbit polyclonal antibody to FOX3/NeuN RPCA-FOX3, which highlights developing neurons in green, and costained with mouse monoclonal MCA-5H11 in red, with reveals the expression of nestin, a marker of stem cells. DNA visualized with Vectorstain mounting media with DAPI, Cat#1200 in blue. This produced a 14.9 megapixel image which prints at 131 DPI on 24” X 36” paper.
